Your Photos & Rights

You must have the right to upload any photo you submit to a linked app, including photos of other people, pets, or business teams. Do not upload images you do not own or lack permission to use.

AI-Generated Cards & Outputs

Generated Christmas cards and festive portraits are produced by AI and may contain visual artifacts, likeness variations, or inaccuracies. Review outputs closely before printing or sharing online.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service for personal holiday cards, family greetings, and seasonal sharing.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service without permission.
• Do not use linked apps to create misleading, harmful, or infringing content.

The Service is provided “as is.” Editorial guides are informational. We do not guarantee print-shop acceptance, postage compliance, or specific commercial outcomes from any app.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XmasCard is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
